Flywell is dedicated to promoting the safety of our members and of the flying community as a whole.  We  continuously sponsor FAA Wings safety seminars on all facets of aviation.

Our Fleet...
We have expanded our fleet to meet the growing demand for high quality aircraft at ANE.  The latest addition is a Piper Lance with 6 place club seating.

Aircraft Upgrades...
The upgrades to our aircraft never end.  The Garmin 430 GPS in the Cessna 182 RG just received the WAAS upgrade.  The Garmin 430 in the Archer II has been upgraded with WAAS and the Garmin 530 in the Lance has also received it's WAAS upgrade.  Upgrades are completed every year as part of our capital improvement plan.

Facility Improvements...
The heated office has all the amenities including a telephone, computer with weather and flight planning software and refreshments.

Our Club...
Our core purpose is to promote general aviation safety and proficiency through excellence in our aircraft, equipment facilities, management and safety programs.  With your interest in mind, we have worked for over 41 years to build Flywell into Minnesota's premier flying club.  Here is a checklist of key information you should know about our club:

• All of our aircraft are hangared year-round.

• Heated office with telephone, computer, indoor plumbing, and refreshments.

• Tanis heaters are on 24 hours/day in the winter - aircraft are always ready to fly.

• Our aircraft are meticulously maintained by professionals.

• IFR and VFR chart clubs are available to members.

• Safety seminars and social events are held several times each year.

• Membership investment, hourly rates & monthly dues are very competitive.
